? Ph.D. (History of Art): Seats-4. Any person holding a Master Degree in History of Art from this Institute or Master Degree in History of Art/History/Archaeology/Anthropology/Aesthetics or its equivalent from a recognized University/deemed University
? Ph.D. (Conservation): Seats-4. Any person holding a Master Degree in Conservation from this Institute or Master Degree in Chemistry/ Physics/ Life Sciences/ Museology/ Architecture or its equivalent from a recognized University/deemed University.
? Ph.D. (Museology): Seats-4. Any person holding a Master Degree in Museology from this Institute or Master Degree in Museology/ History/Ancient Indian History & Archaeology or its equivalent from a recognized University/deemed University.
Desirable Qualifications for both M.A. and Ph.D. courses: Knowledge of one classical/ foreign language such as Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Persian, Arabic, Greek, Latin, German, French, Italian, etc.
• Last date for receipt of applications for M.A. courses is 30-06-2010 and for Ph.D. courses is 31 -07-2010.
