National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL), a joint venture by Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Science, funded by Government of India is developing curriculum based video and web courses. It has created a channel on YouTube and uploaded around 4700 videos covering around 116 topics.
Go the page: http://www.nptel.iitm.ac.in/courses.php and select the Engineering branch to browse the videos available. Few have syllabus in PDF format too to download. They are really good and some have even 500 pages of content.
