BBA and MBA Culinary Arts courses at ICI, Noida and Tirupati – 2026

This institution is inviting applications for the second batch of admissions in BBA and MBA Culinary Arts courses at its Noida and Tirupati centers.

Indian Culinary Institutes along with Indira Gandhi National Tribal University and Amarkantak offer BBA and MBA culinary courses. Seats are allotted based on merit in the exam. Those who complete the courses in these institutions are getting good opportunities in campus recruitment. They are getting jobs in hotels, hospitality, airlines, tourism companies, hospitals, corporate companies, catering, shipping companies, railways, military, etc. They can get opportunities from famous people and celebrities. Course: BBA Culinary Arts
Seats: 120 each in Noida and Tirupati campuses
Educational Qualification: Must have completed Intermediate or equivalent level courses with 45% marks. 40% is sufficient for Divyangs, SCs and STs.
Exam: The exam will be conducted for 100 marks with one or two marks for each question. There will be 20 or 10 questions from each section of Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, English Language, Service Sector Aptitude. The exam duration is 2 hours. There is no negative marking. The question paper will be in English medium.

Course: MBA Culinary Arts
Seats: There are 30 seats in each institution.
Eligibility: Candidates with 45% marks in any degree can apply. For SC, ST and Divyang candidates, 40% marks is enough.
Exam: The exam will be conducted for 100 marks with one mark for each question. There will be 20 questions each from each section of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Analytical Aptitude/IQ, Human Resource and Strategic Management, and English Communication Skills. The exam duration is 2 hours. There is no negative marking. The question paper will be in English medium.

You can apply for BBA with CUET-UG score and MBA with CUET-PG score.

The institute also offers Diploma in Food Production and Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery courses. Applications for these will be accepted from April 27. There are 40 seats in each course.
