Exam: All India Post Graduate Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE-2009) by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi on January 11, 2009 for admission (under 50% seats quota) to various post graduate courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma ad MDS) in Medical and Dental Colleges in the country run by the Union of India, State Governments (except Government of AP and J&K), Municipal, or other local authorities.
Eligibility: Indian nationals having a MBBS/BDS degree from any recognized Medical/Dental college can appear for this exam. Also, candidates having foreign degree included in the schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and who have full registration eithe from Medical/Detal Council of India or State Medical/Detal Council after having completed the compulsory rotating internship are eligible for this exam.
Application/Details: Can be obtained against cash payment of Rs. 1000 (Rs.800 for SC/ST) from State Bank of India branched at Ansari Nagar, AIIMS Campus, Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar, Swasthya Vihar, Parliament Street, and IP Estate.
Last Date: October 3, 2008 for sale from SBI branches except Ansari Nagar and October 10, 2008 for submission at AIIMS before 5 p.m.
