Teaching cum Research Fellowships (TRFs) and Post-Doctoral Fellowships (PDFs)
Delhi Technological University (DTU) has been established by Govt. of Delhi by upgrading the Delhi College of Engineering vide Delhi Act 6 of 2009 to incorporate it as a non-affiliating, teaching and research University at Delhi to facilitate and promote studies, research technology incubation, product innovation and extension work in Science, Technology and Management Education, and also to achieve excellence in higher technical education. To attract best of minds to ensure high academic standards and encourage research & innovation in area of relevance to industry and society, the university invites applications for Teaching-cum-Research Fellowships (TRFs) and Post-Doctoral Fellowships (PDFs) for the Academic Session 2011-12. The candidates appointed as TRF (Doctoral) will be allowed to register for Ph.D. degree in the university.

I have done my M.tech in Instrumentation & Control engineering. Now for TRF do i need to apply under electrical department or there is specific Instrumentation and Control department.
