ENTRANCE TEST- CUM – ADMISSION INTO BUMS COURSE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-14
Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals / PIO / OCI Card Holders who satisfy as local or Non-Local as per G.O.P.No.646 Education (W) Department, dated 10-07-1979 for Entrance Test – Cum- Admission into BUMS Course at Two Unani Medical Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for the academic year
2013-14.
| Eligibility: The candidates should have passed 2 years Intermediate (10+2) pattern or any other equivalent examination (10+2) pattern should be either recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. with Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects and the candidates should have passed also the qualifying examination with Urdu either MIL Examination with Urdu or Pre Tibbi Examination recognized by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences: A.P. Vijayawada. |
| Age: Candidates should have completed age of 17 years as on 31-12-2013. Candidates who did not complete 17 years age as on 31-12-2013 need not apply. |
| Availability of Application form: (1) The proforma of application form is available in the University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in From 08-07-2013 to 17-07-2013 upto 5.00P.M. (2) The candidates are informed to download the application forms along with regulations and to take print out (4+18 pages). (3) The application form shall be filled in English by the candidate in his/her own hand writing. (4) The candidates are advised to go through the regulations carefully before filling up the application form. |
| Submission of Application form along with enclosures for Registration: (a) Attested copies of all required certificates. (b) Demand Draft (Original) of Rs.800/- for OC/BC (Rs.600/- for SC/STs) drawn not earlier than 04-07-2013 in favour of the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada on any Nationalized Bank. (c) The filled-in-application form with the above enclosures shall be sent either by post or in person to the Principal, Govt., Nizamia Tibbi College, Near Charminar, Hyderabad on or before 18-07-2013 by 5.00 P.M. |
| Issue of Hall Tickets: Hall Tickets for the Entrance Test, will be issued at the office of The Principal, Government Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad on 05-08-2013 & 06-08-2013 from 10.00 A.M. to 05.00 P.M. |
| Date and Time of Entrance Test: The Entrance Test, will be held on 11-08-2013 i.e., (Sunday) from 10-00 AM to 01-00 PM at Osmania Medical College, Koti, Hyderabad. |
Application forms received without attested copies of the required certificates, Demand Draft (Original) towards Registration Fee and applications received after last date will be rejected automatically. The University and Principal, Govt., Nizamia Tibbi College, Hyderabad holds no responsibility for any postal delay / Loss in Transit.
NOTE: The availability of seats is subject to the approval of CCIM / Govt. of India and affiliation from the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
