Design Aptitude Test (DAT-2013)
The G D Goenka School of Fashion & Design will conduct its Design Aptitude Test (DAT) as a pre-requisite for admission to various UG programmes of School of Design. The programmes are:
UG Programmes: BSc (Communication Design) | BSc (Jewellery Design) | BSc (Knitwear Design) | BSc (Fashion Design) | BSc (Interior Design) | BSc (Product Design)
Integrated UG+PG (Dual Degree) Programmes: BSc + MSc (Fashion Design) | BSc + MSc (Communication Design) | BSc + MSc (Interior Design) | BSc + MSc (Product Design)
DAT ELIGIBILITY: Candidates who have completed their 10+2 level or equivalent exams like AISSCE/IB/ICSE/ State Boards etc. (in any stream) with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for undergraduate degree programmes.
DAT SCHEDULE: DAT shall be held as per the following schedule and at the following Test centres:
Thursday, 6th June 2013 – 2 pm – 5 pm – Delhi NCR only
Friday, 7th June 2013 – 10 am – 1 pm – All Test Centres
TEST CENTRES: DAT will be conducted at indicated timings at G D Goenka Public Schools in Delhi NCR (Vasant Kunj, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad); Panipat, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Amritsar, Gwalior, Jaipur, Surat and Jammu.
REGISTRATION FOR DAT: Application Forms can be downloaded from www.gdgoenka.com/schoolofdesign/ or procured from G D Goenka Campus on Sohna Road. Completed application form along with a demand draft of Rs.1,000 drawn in favour of G D Goenka University, pavable at Delhi, may be mailed/couriered to Director Admissions, G D Goenka University, N-86, Connaught Place, New Delhi -110001. Admit cards will be emailed to you on your official e-mail ID.
