ICET 2011 Admissions Final Phase Notification

ICET 2011 ADMISSIONS FINAL PHASE NOTIFICATION

Eligible Candidates of ICET-2011 of the following categories are informed to exercise the options using their old passwords for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in process of allotment, additional seats and seats available in new colleges/courses, if any, from Help Line Centre or Internet facility (Cafe/Home) as per the schedule given below:

Who can exercise options?

• Candidates who  have  secured  seats  but not interested to join.
• Who have not secured seats so far.
• Who have not exercised the options so far.
• Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
• Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment.

Note: Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier and who have taken back their certificates should get their Certificates verified once again from any Help Line Centre during 14.09.2011 & 15.09.2011 and exercise their options. Allotments will be placed on the website on 16.09.2011 after 6 PM. For vacancies and other details please visit: http://apicet.nlc.in . It is advised to exercise options for Interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding. Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by college or not by following the link “View joining details” in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.

ATTENTION OF PRINCIPALS
The Principals of University and Private MBA/MCA colleges are informed to upload the joining details of  the candidates allotted and reported in First Phase, in their respective colleges on or before 10.09.2011 in the department website as already informed. The Managements/Principals who fail to upload the reported cases shall note that, the allotted cases In all such colleges will be treated as deemed to have reported. The Managements/Principals are personally responsible for the correctness of the details entered. Principals/Managements shall ensure that only the candidates existing in the list after final phase of allotment shall be allowed to continue in the college.
