Admission is open for: (i) Research Programme [Ph D/ M Sc(Engg)]; (ii) Course programmes (ME/ M Tech/ M Des/ M.Mgt); (iii) Ph.D. (Integrated) programme; and (iv) External Registration Programme (Ph.D. only).

Online submission of application be made by accessing the NSc website www.iisc.ernet.in/admissions for all the programmes including the sponsored course programmes. The online application fee is Rs.600/- for General and OBC category and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PH category. For the External Registration Programme the online application fee is Rs.1500/-.
