Eligible and qualified candidates of NATA-2024 seeking admission into 1st year Bachelor of Architecture Degree course offered under the Government/ Private / Minority / Unaided institutions in the State of Telangana for the Academic Year 2024-25 are informed to register online at https://barchadm.tsche.ac.in from 01st August, 2024 to 08th August, 2024 and upload valid NATA-2024 score cards and all other relevant original certificates for verification. The Registration cum Counseling fee is Rs.1800/- and Rs.900/- for SC/ST candidates and has to be paid online only.

- Eligibility:
- The candidate shall be of Indian Nationality.
- The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
- All the candidates are required to register online at https://barchadm.tsche.ac.in from 01st August, 2024 to 08th August, 2024 and furnish all information in the application form.
- All the candidates have to pay non-refundable ‘Registration cum Counseling fee’ of Rs. 1800/- and Rs. 900/- for SC/ST candidates which has to be paid online only in favour of Secretary, TGCHE.
- This notification itself is a call for web-counselling. No separate call letters are sent to the individual candidates.
- Mere attending of the web counselling does not guarantee a seat in any college.
Qualified and eligible candidates have to scan and upload all Original Certificates for verification as given below:
- NATA Hall Ticket/Application Number and NATA Valid Score Card (2024).
Note: In case a candidate has appeared in more than one NATA test and if best score out of all attempts is to be considered for State Architecture Rank (SAR), it is mandatory to upload all the valid NATA scores.
- Provisional (10 + 2 Intermediate/Equivalent/Diploma) Certificate.
- Memorandum of Marks of 10+2 Intermediate or Equivalent/Diploma.
- SSC Pass Memo or its Equivalent for proof of Date of Birth.
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2024 (if applicable) by the Competent Authority, if applicable. (candidates eligible for fee reimbursement)
- Economically Weaker Sections(EWS)Reservation: As per the Guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No. 244 General Administration (SER.D) Department, Government of Telangana, dated: 24.08.2021 the 10% Reservation to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in respect of Admissions into Educational Institutions shall be implemented subject to ratification by Council of Architecture. The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed up on production of an income Certificate issued for the financial year prior to the year of application by Tahsildar valid for the year 2024 – 25.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) (Mandatory).
NOTE: The Muslim and Christian Minority Candidates should upload the “TC” of the SSC containing Minority status (or) in the absence of TC, a Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/appeared for SSC or its equivalent examination.
- Migration Certificate if required.
- Study Certificate from VI to XII/Intermediate/Diploma (To establish local area of the candidate) in case of candidate with institutionalized education.
- Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 (seven) Years preceding to qualifying examination, if the candidate has no institutionalized education (Open School/Distance Mode etc.).
a. As per the instructions the admissions to 85% of the total available seats shall be reserved for the Local Candidates (Osmania Region – OU, Telangana) and the remaining 15% of seats shall be un-reserved, candidates from AU & SVU region will be considered for 15% seats un-reserved seats.
b. If Non-Local candidates are to be considered for unreserved seats, the following certificates are to be submitted.

- Residence Certificate: Candidate who has resided in the State for a total Period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 (ten) years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

- Employer Certificate: Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies, Universities and other similar Quasi Institutions within the State at the time of applying for NATA examination.

- Candidates who studied Intermediate or Equivalent/Diploma in Engineering in other States in India or from other Countries should upload Equivalency Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education/State Board of Technical Education, Telangana State as the case maybe.
- Aadhaar Card.
- SPECIAL CATEGORY: Certificate to be uploaded by PH/CAP/NCC/ Sports (SG) candidates along with application
- PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible.
- CAP (Children of Armed Forces Personnel): Candidates whose parents are domiciled in the State of Telangana based on the permanent address/home town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service register are alone eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.

- Children of Armed Forces (CAP) 2% (two percent) for the children of armed persons i.e., Ex-Servicemen, Defense Personnel including the Children of Border Security Force and Central Reserve Police Force who are Domiciled in Telangana State based on the Permanent address/Hometown declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register”.
- The Ex-Servicemen have to produce the Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by respective Regional Sainik Welfare Officer as per Appendix-“A” Attached with supporting documents to establish the permanent address/Hometown declared by Ex-Servicemen while joining the service and as recorded in their service register in accordance with Go, such as Certificate from Records Office, Education Certificates of Ex-Servicemen, etc.
- Serving Defense Personnel including CRPF and BSF personnel should submit a Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by unit Commanding officer (not less than the rank of Colonel/ equivalent in Navy and Air Force Commandant in CRPF/BSF)as per Appendix-“B” Attached along with original and attested copy of Service Register where the Permanent address/Home town declared by them while joining the service is mentioned along with the education certificates of the Serving Defense Personnel.
- The retired CRPF and BSF Personnel have to produce of Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) certificate issued by their respective competent authority as per Appendix A along with supporting documents to establish the Permanent address/ Home town declared by them while joining the service and as recorded in their Service Register in accordance with GO, such as Certificate from Records Office, Education Certificates of CRPF/BSF personnel, etc.
- NCC-Certificates issued by competent authorities.
- Sports (SG)-Sports Achievements/Testimonials along with form – I, II, III & IV duly certified/ attested by the Concerned State Sports Associations recognized by the SATS which are categorized according to level of the Championships as Laid down in G.O.Ms.No. 02, Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Department, dated: 22.09.2020 which is essential during Scrutiny.
- Certificate Verification and Counseling
The preliminary certificate verification will be done based on scanned copies of original documents uploaded and as per norms. In case of any doubt, enquiry will be done over phone to establish the veracity and correctness of documents. Hence, candidates are required to respond to the phone calls from the verification officer.
Procedure for exercising options will be made available on the website well before the commencement of the option entry. List of provisionally selected candidates will be prepared college wise and will be displayed on the web site.
The candidate has to pay tuition fee through online mode. Final allotment of seat for admission is subject to satisfactory verification of all original certificates at reported college and producing of tuition fee paid receipt.
Allotment order will be printed at the college as also joining report, which has to be submitted at the college along with original TC. Candidates must submit two sets of attested copies of all certificates at the respective colleges, one set is meant for submission to the office of the Convener.
If the candidate cancels his/her admission, tuition fee will be forfeited as mentioned below,

- After first phase, full tuition fee will be refunded
- 50% of the amount after final phase and before cutoff date notified for cancellation in allotment order and 100% thereafter.
NOTE:
- Candidates seeking admission under special categories have to appear in person for verification before the relevant competent authority on the specified date.
- In case of any amendments, to any of the Government Orders pertinent to admissions they will be enforced.
- Incomplete application or without requisite certificates will not be considered for admission.
- Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly for updated information.
