Department of Foreign Languages offers Part – Time Courses in : French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish at 4 levels and 5 centers.

Levels :
1.  Certificate OR Intensive Certificate
2.  Diploma OR Intensive Diploma
3.  Advanced Diploma
4.  Special Diploma

1. Department of Foreign Languages, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune 411 004
2. N. M. V. Girls’ High School, S.P. College Compound, Pune 411 030
3. Nowrosjee Wadia College, Pune 411 001
4. Classrooms Complex, University of Pune Campus, Pune 411 007
5. Department of Journalism and Communication, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune 411 004

N.B. ALL COURSES are NOT offered at ALL CENTERS. Please check SPECIFIC LANGUAGE for the Courses and Centers for the year 2010-2011.

1.  One year Courses: Teaching during 1^st August 2011 to 31^st March 2012; 3 days a week, 2 hours per day. Exams will take place in March / April 2011

2.  Half Yearly Intensive Courses: Teaching for 4¹/2 Months beginning 1st August ; 5days a week, for 2 hours each Exams will take place in December 2010.

Eligibility

• For Beginners’ (Certificate / Intensive Certificate) Level : SSC or equivalent
• For Diploma Courses : Certificate or Intensive Certificate Course in the same language or equivalent *
• For Advanced Diploma Courses : Diploma Course in the same language or equivalent*
• For Special Courses : Advanced Diploma or BA in the same language or equivalent *

N.B. : CHECK SPECIFIC LANGUAGE FOR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.
