TRAINING PROGRAMME IN LANGUAGE EDUCATION (JULY 2015 –APRIL 2016)
Applications are invited for admission to ten-month training programme in Language Education in any one of the Modern Indian Languages, at the following seven Regional Language Centres. The total number of seats available for admission is 550 with quotas reserved for different categories as per the policy of the Government of India.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicants should not be trained earlier in any of the languages in any of the above Centres. They should not have any previous knowledge in the language applied for. The seats are reserved for in service teachers working in Government/Fully Government aided/Government recognized High Schools (6th to 10th classes) with 3 years of teaching experience.
The selected teachers from Government/fully Government aided schools will be paid their salaries based on the Last Pay Certificate sent by their respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers. In addition to salary, the trainees will also be paid a stipend of `.800/- (Rupees eight hundred only) per month during the training period.

Send the filled in application form along with copies of relevant certificates etc. and a crossed demand draft for `.150/- in favour of Director, Central Institute of Indian Languages, payable at Mysore. Candidates should submit their applications by ordinary post to the Director, Central Institute of Indian Languages, Manasagangotri, Mysore – 570 006 so as to reach the Institute on or before 15th April, 2015.
